• Vehicle Purchasing Program
  As an IWEA Member, your company and employees are eligible to participate in our Special Buying Program, which is offered in conjunction with Bowser Automotive. You can purchase all your new or used vehicles at Invoice Price, minus applicable rebates and discounts, by presenting the Savings Card found in our Members-only section. • UPS Freight Partnership
  New Savings are now available to IWEA Members through a partnership with UPS Freight! Save a minimum of 70% on qualifying shipping of LTL freight, which averages to a $500 savings per shipment! Even companies that already have a UPS account can participate in our members discounted rates.

 

 

• OSHA Alliance
  To promote safe and healthful working conditions, the OSHA Pittsburgh office established an Alliance with the IWEA that includes providing information to Raise Awareness of OSHA's Rulemaking and Enforcement initiatives, Training and Education and Outreach and Communication. This exchange is a direct benefit to all members by keeping us abreast of changes in the Construction Industry which will help us avoid fines and maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers.

 

 

• Healthcare Option
  As a REGULAR member of the IWEA, your firm is eligible to participate in the health plan offered by the Ironworkers of WPA Benefit Plans. The Benefit Plan is PPO Blue, and is administered by Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The Plan is available for full-time employees only, and participant companies must cover all of their full-time employees who have access to the PPO Blue Network.
